Sandra is one of AFZ’s longest-standing students, having studied under Kathy Duvall for many years before becoming a practitioner in March of 2019. Her early passion for Foot Zone therapy led her to share the work with friends and family long before she began serving clients professionally. As a serial entrepreneur and wellness advocate, Sandra brings decades of business experience to the Academy of Foot Zone. She owns Academy of Healing, a wellness center in Providence, Utah, and has completed extensive education within the health and wellness industry. Her focus within AFZ includes business strategy, membership development, and company growth. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education from Utah State University and has been involved in family businesses since 1988. Outside of work, she enjoys healthy living, travel, outdoor activities, and time with her grandchildren. Tonnya trained in Foot Zoning in 2012 and received her instructor certification in 2019. She currently practices Foot Zone and Quantum Healing and teaches Foot Zone throughout Utah and Idaho with her main office in Cache Valley. Her additional studies include Reiki Master, Body talk Fundamentals, and Quantum Touch. She also has significant knowledge in frequency, vibrations, aromatherapy and oils. While battling depression, Tonnya realized that the medications she was being given were making it more difficult for her to function in the world. At that point she started searching for a more natural approach and found Foot Zone, which changed her life. “It gave me hope, brought me peace, and helped me envision a new life that I could actively participate in instead of simply watching it flow past. I was alive!” As a foot zone practitioner and instructor, Tonnya’s goal is to help others find answers to their questions and bring peace and healing to their lives, so they can be released from the negative bonds that hold them back. Foot zone is an integral health tool that facilitates these benefits and more. “With help, we can achieve healing, peace, and a greater abundance of life!”
