I grew up in Payson, UT, before they had their first stop light. I am a mother of 5 and raised my kids in Overton, NV, just outside Las Vegas. I had the wonderful experience of having 3 babies at home. In addition, I had the privilege of homeschooling my kids for 15 years.

In 2010 I received my Home Herbologist certification from Dr. Christopher's Natural School of Healing. Gathering from my life experience from 2012-2022, I wrote and published my first book, "From Darkness to Light, 3 Tools for Being Imperfect and Loving Yourself Anyway," as a journal log of the lessons I learned in my personal transformation workout out of depression as a young mother.

In 2020 I became Reiki Level 2 Certified. I mentored for 10 years with Kirk Duncan learning, presenting, and mentoring. I have been a Life Coach for 2 years, and just this year, 2023, I graduated from Grace Space as a Certified Hypnotherapist. Last year, my husband Kyle and I started our lifelong dream of Kokoro Fitness Studio.
