Jessi is a breathwork facilitator, podcast host, biohacker, quantum physics enthusiast & the owner of Kismet Lending, an Avant Garde mortgage brokerage. Each of these endeavors is rooted in her desire to create an honest world, that all humans feel connected to. Her dream is that every human gets the chance to trade their shame snuggie for sovereign skin.

After losing her only sibling to suicide at 14, she spent 2 decades wrapped in her own shame snuggie, trauma-responding through life, until she discovered limbic system therapies, specifically breathwork. In reconnecting with her breath, she was able to reprogram her nervous system & begin to consciously regulate the adaptive patterns that were preventing her healing.

Beyond the potential to restore individuals to wholeness & heal humanity, she also believes that breathwork holds the keys to unlocking our human potential. “The world becomes what we teach. In sharing this sacred practice, my mission is to inspire & empower humanity to heal ourselves, to reunite with our intrinsic freedom & to develop the incredible amount of agency it takes to congruently express our full & compassionate truth in this world. We are our own medicine."
